1. Acceptance · القبول
By accessing or using 404fault.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all visitors, registered members, and anyone who accesses or uses any part of the platform.

2. Accounts · الحسابات
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You may only maintain one account per person — creating multiple accounts is not permitted. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Community Rules · قواعد المجتمع
404fault is a community built on trust and mutual respect. You agree not to post spam, engage in hate speech, impersonate other users or public figures, share illegal content, or engage in fake engagement (fake reviews, artificially inflating likes or follower counts). All content you share must be relevant to AI tools, workflows, automation, and learning about artificial intelligence. Content that is off-topic, harmful, or designed to mislead will be removed.

4. User Content · المحتوى
You retain ownership of all content you create and post on 404fault — including projects, prompts, AI rules, and comments. By posting content, you grant 404fault a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform and in related marketing materials. You are solely responsible for the content you post. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms, community rules, or applicable law, without notice.

5. Intellectual Property · الملكية الفكرية
The platform code, design, branding, and original content created by 404fault are owned by 404fault and protected by copyright and trademark law. User content — including projects, prompts, and AI rules — remains the intellectual property of the respective creators. Prompts and AI rules shared publicly on the platform are made available under a community license: free to use with attribution to the original creator. Do not copy or redistribute platform code or design without explicit written permission.

6. Learning & Certificates · التعلم والشهادات
Certificates on 404fault are earned by completing learning paths and passing final exams. These certificates are educational achievements that recognize your engagement with our learning content. They are not professional credentials, accredited qualifications, or substitutes for formal education. We reserve the right to revoke certificates issued to accounts that are found to have violated these terms, used dishonest means to pass exams, or engaged in misconduct on the platform.

7. Privacy · الخصوصية
Your use of 404fault is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. We use Firebase (Google) for authentication and data storage, Algolia for search indexing, and other third-party services to operate the platform. By using 404fault, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Termination · الإنهاء
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or threaten the safety and integrity of the community. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking action, except where immediate action is necessary to protect other users or the platform. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content on the platform, including AI-generated content, prompts, or community-contributed materials. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on content found on 404fault. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed $100 USD.

Your continued use of 404fault after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
